Gina Frabotta Pilates was created out of my love of movement and passion for teaching. My exercise programs are designed to help you move with greater ease and confidence for a balanced body, improving your health and total body awareness. My mission is to create an environment where you feel supported to grow and thrive, to believe in yourself, all while creating an enjoyable experience to help you live your best life.

Hi, I’m Gina

I am grateful you are here!

I am a movement educator with over 25 years of experience who believes in empowering people through movement. I discovered my own strength as a young gymnast, where I learned the power movement has in helping us feel confident in our bodies and our abilities.

I am a Dancer, Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer who has helped thousands of students get stronger. As movement has brought me so much joy, I hope to create a supportive place for you to learn and grow, and to inspire you on your movement journey.
