“Empowered”
The “Empowered” Membership helps individuals looking to increase strength and mobility. In my videos I offer detailed Pilates and fitness classes you can access at home. I provide guidance on correct execution so that you can safely build a stronger and more agile body to help you live your best life.
What you will find in your Empowered Membership:
Pilates is my main modality of work, but I also include other fitness modalities such as yoga, stretching, HIIT, weights, and myofascial release. The videos are marked by titles so you will know which modalities are included in each video.
Videos of varying lengths, from 10 minutes to 60 minutes with several options in between. You can easily choose the videos that best fit your timeframes.
My unique approach to teaching to help you correctly execute the exercises to get the most out of you workout and to help prevent injury.
